Service agreements

Paid work begins only after a written quotation or statement of work is accepted. That document controls scope, fees, schedules, staffing, materials, and reporting. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content through forms, or scrape the site in a way that impairs service for others.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create for proposals remain our property unless a client agreement assigns otherwise. Client product assets supplied for activations remain the client’s property.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For contracted services, liability limits are stated in the relevant agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
